Feed Your Spirit

2024 Yoga Benefit Series

Join us at a unique, nature-centered location each season for a yoga class that not only nourishes your mind, body, and soul, but also helps nourish others. 100% of registration proceeds benefit Food For Thought, a nonprofit organization that provides healthy food and comprehensive nutrition support to thousands of Sonoma County residents facing food insecurity while living with serious medical conditions or at risk of malnutrition.

Each class is a 75-minute, Hatha/Vinyasa style flow accessible to most levels. They are taught by Food For Thought’s Development Coordinator and resident yoga teacher, Elana. At each session, you will have the opportunity to learn more about FFT’s work, as well as the venue and their offerings.

Tickets are tiered to accommodate those facing financial hardship. FFT clients are invited to attend for free.
