Join Food For Thought (FFT) as we celebrate 35 years of fostering health and healing with food and compassion. FFT is a well-established nonprofit that provides comprehensive, lifesaving nutrition services to Sonoma County residents living with serious medical conditions and at risk of malnutrition or food insecurity. As a member of the California Food is Medicine Coalition, our approach improves health outcomes, promotes health equity, reduces hospitalizations, and strengthens our regional health care safety net. In 2023, FFT provided 4,000 clients with 325,000 medically-tailored meals and comprehensive nutrition services.
