Ingredients
- 1 small head of Napa or cabbage of your choice, shredded
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
For The Dressing:
- ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar (Note: if you have seasoned rice vinegar, omit the honey)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil or olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes, jalapeño, or serrano chili, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
To make the dressing, combine all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Dip a piece of cabbage into the dressing and taste, adjusting seasoning as needed. In a large bowl, toss the dressing with the cabbage and green onion, and serve.
