Ingredients
- 1/3 cup dried unsweetened coconut flakes, plus additional for coating
- 2/3 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, diced
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and form into balls.
- Optional: roll the balls in extra coconut flakes, which will help keep them from sticking together.
- Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
